INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 2 sausages (40g)
- 🥔 1 potato (100g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 💧 200ml water
PASOS
Cut the potato, carrot, and onion into 1cm cubes. Soak the potato in water and drain.
Slice the sausages into 1cm thick pieces.
Heat butter in a pot over medium-low heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the potato, carrot, and sausage, and stir until coated with oil. Sprinkle flour and stir until no raw flour remains.
Add the seasonings (consomme, salt, pepper, and water) and bring to a boil while stirring. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Heat over medium heat and stir until the soup thickens.
