INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Dairy
- 🥛 100 ml milk
- 🧀 50 g cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp consomme
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Toppings
- Breadcrumbs as needed
PASOS
Cut potatoes and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Boil potatoes in water for about 7 minutes until soft, then drain.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté chicken until color changes, then add onion and cook until softened.
Add boiled potatoes and ★ ingredients (milk, consomme, mustard) to the pan and simmer until potatoes start to break apart.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then mix in mayonnaise and adjust seasoning. Mash potatoes slightly while mixing.
Transfer mixture to a heatproof dish, sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs on top, and bake in a toaster oven for about 7 minutes.
