INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 large potato, diced
- 🧅 1/4 large onion, diced
- 1 green chili pepper, sliced
Seafood
- 2 crab sticks, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 💧 150 ml water
- 🧄 a pinch of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Dice the potato, onion, and chili pepper into similar sizes. Slice the crab sticks.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, and the diced potato. Stir-fry until the potato absorbs the sauce.
Add 150 ml water to the pan and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the potato is tender.
Add the onion, chili pepper, crab sticks, and minced garlic. Stir-fry briefly until everything is well combined.
