INGREDIENTES

- 🥔 1 potato, julienned
- 🌱 30g green beans, trimmed
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a dash of chili oil
PASOS
Mix the oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil in a bowl.
Julienne the potato and trim the green beans into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add green beans first, then potatoes, and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Combine the cooked vegetables with the sauce in the bowl and toss well.
