INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 4 medium potatoes (450g)
Spices
- 1 tbsp curry powder
Oils
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, and drain well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the potatoes and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add curry powder and stir until evenly coated.
Add the ☆ seasonings (sake, salt, pepper, soy sauce, water) and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 6 minutes. Remove the lid and cook over medium heat until the liquid reduces slightly.
