Oil and Seasoning

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp consomme
PASOS
Cut the potato into thin strips and soak in water. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and sausages, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the mayonnaise, curry powder, and consomme to the pan. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes over medium heat.
