INGREDIENTES

- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g)
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
PASOS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain the water. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Heat a frying pan with butter over medium heat. Add the potato and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then stir-fry until well combined.
