INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 5 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 large can of spam
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Rinse in cold water and drain.
Cut the spam into cubes of similar size to the potatoes.
Dice the onion to match the size of the potatoes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes until edges turn translucent.
Add the diced onion and spam to the pan and stir-fry together.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and sugar. Add the mixture to the pan and stir-fry until the onion is fully cooked.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds, and let the dish sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
