- 🥔 4 potatoes, peeled
- 🧀 Cheese, as desired
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- Cooking oil, as needed
PASOS
Prepare the potatoes and cheese. Peel the potatoes and grate them thinly. Use as much cheese as you like.
Mix the grated potatoes with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. Drain the starch water that comes out.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spread the potato mixture thinly. Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
Once the first pancake is cooked, transfer it to a plate and repeat the process with the remaining potato mixture.
On the second pancake, sprinkle cheese on top, then place the first pancake over it. Cook both sides until the cheese melts.
Serve the potato cheese pancake warm and enjoy!
