INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 large potato, thinly sliced
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
Seasoning and Binding
- 2 tbsp frying flour
- 2 pinches of parsley
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
PASOS
Thinly slice the potato and rinse it to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Add bacon strips to the potato slices.
Mix in 2 tbsp frying flour, 1 egg, and 2 pinches of salt.
Heat a frying pan and generously add oil. Place half of the mixture into the pan.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip.
Place a slice of cheese on top and let it melt slightly.
Sprinkle parsley on top and serve immediately.
