INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 4 minutes at 600W.
While hot, mash the potatoes roughly with salt and lemon juice, then let them cool.
Mix all the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Combine the lettuce, octopus, and potatoes with the dressing and toss well.
