- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Drain any excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, miso, sesame seeds). Add the cooked potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
