INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (280g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Pinch of chili powder
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes. Mash lightly while hot, leaving some chunks, and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, miso, mayonnaise, sesame seeds). Add the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Serve on a plate, garnish with chopped green onion, and sprinkle chili powder on top.
