INGREDIENTES

  • Main Ingredients

    • 🍚 400g cooked rice
    • 🥩 200g sliced beef
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🥚 2 egg yolks
    • 20g pickled ginger
  • Seasonings

    • 50ml concentrated soy sauce base
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 💧 200ml water

PASOS

1

Slice the onion into 1cm wide pieces.

2

In a pressure cooker, combine the onion and seasonings (soy sauce base, sugar, grated ginger, and water). Bring to a boil over medium heat, then add the beef and gently mix to separate the slices. Turn off the heat.

3

Seal the pressure cooker and heat over medium heat. Once pressure is reached, reduce to low heat and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.

4

Serve the cooked beef and onion mixture over bowls of rice. Optionally, top with egg yolks and pickled ginger.
