INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🎃 150g sliced pumpkin
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until softened. Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and onion, and stir-fry until the onion becomes tender.
Add the pumpkin to the pan and stir-fry. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
