INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🎃 200g sliced pumpkin
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Dairy
- 🥛 200cc milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Remove seeds and pulp from pumpkin, slice thinly. Microwave pumpkin with 1 tbsp water in a heatproof container for 3 minutes at 600W. Drain water. Slice onion thinly.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and stir-fry until browned. Add pumpkin and onion, and cook until onion softens.
Add rice and seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, consomme, milk). Stir to combine, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes to evaporate excess liquid.
Place pizza cheese in the center of the pan. Cover and steam on low heat for 1 minute until cheese melts. Sprinkle black pepper before serving.
