PASOS
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse under water, and pat dry.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp and pumpkin slices, cooking over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the pumpkin softens.
