Add sugar, salt, and butter to the mixture. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.

Sprinkle potato starch on a cutting board. Divide the mixture into equal portions, flatten each, place a cream ball in the center, and wrap. Lightly coat the surface with potato starch.
