INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🎃 300g pumpkin
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 🍅 100g canned tomatoes
Meat
- 🥓 100g bacon, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Other
- 💧 20cc water for pumpkin
- 💧 Water for dumplings as needed
- 🌿 Chopped parsley as garnish
- 50g glutinous rice flour
- 800cc consomme soup
PASOS
Peel and cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl with 20cc water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5–7 minutes.
Add glutinous rice flour to the mashed pumpkin and knead well. If the dough is too dry, gradually add water until it reaches an ear-lobe-like softness.
Slice the onion and mushrooms thinly. Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion, mushrooms, and bacon, and sauté until softened.
Add consomme soup and canned tomatoes to the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the soup to a boil. Shape the pumpkin dough into small balls and add them to the pot. Once the dumplings float, serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
