INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/5 carrot
Protein
- 🥓 7 slices of bacon
- 🥚 8 quail eggs
Dairy
- 🧀 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of parsley

- Adequate amount of potato starch
PASOS
Boil or steam the potato, then mash it.
Cook the bacon in a heated pan until crispy, then chop it finely. Dice the onion and carrot as well.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onion and carrot until the carrot is nearly cooked, then add rice and salt. Stir until well combined.
In a bowl, mix the mashed potato, fried rice, bacon, mozzarella cheese, and dried parsley.
Lightly coat the quail eggs with potato starch. Shake off excess starch with your hands.
Wrap the potato and rice mixture around each quail egg, forming round balls.
Repeat the process for all quail eggs.
Heat a pan without oil, place the potato cheese balls in, and cook on low heat. Roll the balls occasionally to cook evenly.
