INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/3 onion, sliced
Cooking Oils
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 handful chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Slice the onion and zucchini into thin pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil and chili oil in a pan over low heat, then add chopped green onion to make scallion oil.
Increase to high heat, add onion and zucchini, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, and mix well.
Serve the stir-fried zucchini mixture over rice and optionally top with a fried egg.
