INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦪 6 sashimi-grade scallops
Vegetables
- 🌱 6 radishes
- 1 pack of kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- Black sesame seeds, as needed
Dressing
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, minced (40g)
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Slice off the tops and roots of the radishes, then thinly slice them. Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts and halve them horizontally. Mince the green onion.
Slice the scallops horizontally into halves.
Mix all the dressing ingredients (☆) in a bowl.
Arrange the kaiware sprouts on a plate, then layer the radishes and scallops. Drizzle the Japanese-style dressing over the dish and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
