INGREDIENTES

- 5 radishes, halved
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp herb salt
Mashed Potatoes
- 🥔 1 potato, diced
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASOS
Halve the radishes lengthwise and thinly slice the garlic.
Dice the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 1–2 minutes. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until soft.
Mash the potato thoroughly and mix with butter, milk, and a pinch of salt to create mashed potatoes.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Cook until the garlic becomes crispy, then remove the garlic.
Add the radishes to the pan and sauté briefly. Season with herb salt. Plate the mashed potatoes, top with radishes, and sprinkle with crispy garlic.
