- 1 tbsp salted kelp

Broth
- 💧 150cc water
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
PASOS
Mix water and dashi powder in a bowl to prepare the broth. Chill in the refrigerator. Rinse the cooked rice briefly with cold water and drain.
