Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Canned Goods
- 🐟 70g canned tuna
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
Herbs and Garnishes
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 🌰 Sesame seeds, to taste
PASOS
Boil water in a pot and cook somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, combine the somen noodles, drained canned tuna, salted kombu, sesame oil, and men tsuyu. Mix well.
Top with sliced shiso leaves and sesame seeds before serving.
