Main Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice, enough for 6 servings
- Seasoned seaweed sheets
- 12 slices mild Spam
- 🧀 6 slices cheese
- 🥚 6 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Perilla oil, as needed
- Oligosaccharide, as needed
- Sesame oil, as needed
- Sesame seeds, as needed
PASOS
Cook rice until fluffy and set aside.
Slice Spam into thick pieces and grill in a pan without oil.
Chop kimchi and stir-fry with perilla oil. Add a small amount of oligosaccharide and continue frying.
Fry eggs individually without seasoning.
