- 🥩 100g sliced beef

- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion

- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 120ml water
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Drain the water. Cut the carrot into irregular chunks by rotating it while slicing diagonally. Slice the onion into wedges.
Place the beef and prepared vegetables into the rice cooker. Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) and mix well. Start the regular cooking cycle.
