INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Toppings
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 🍖 1/2 can ham, diced
- 🧀 1 pack pizza cheese
- A sprinkle of parsley
Sauce
- 🍅 Tomato spaghetti sauce, as needed
PASOS
Chop the vegetables (onion, bell pepper) and ham into small pieces. Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté them until softened.
Mix 1 egg into the cooked rice until well combined.
Heat a pan over low heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter. Spread the egg-mixed rice evenly across the pan.
Cook the rice base for about 3 minutes on low heat until it starts to set.
Add the sautéed vegetables and ham on top of the rice base. Spread a thin layer of tomato spaghetti sauce over the toppings.
Sprinkle pizza cheese and parsley on top. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
Serve the rice pizza warm. Enjoy the crispy rice base and flavorful toppings!
