INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 4 cups rice
- 🍄 20g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 💧 4 1/3 cups shiitake mushroom water
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
Vegetables
- 400g boiled radish greens
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
Soy Sauce Mix
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 6 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a small amount
PASOS
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water until softened.
Drain the soaked mushrooms and set aside the soaking water.
Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 1 hour. Drain well.
Cut the boiled radish greens into 1 cm pieces.
Mix the radish greens with doenjang, ginger wine, perilla oil, and minced garlic. Massage well by hand.
Heat perilla oil in a pressure cooker. Add the seasoned radish greens and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the soaked rice to the pressure cooker and stir-fry briefly.
Pour in the reserved shiitake mushroom water as the cooking liquid.
Cook the rice in the pressure cooker as you would for regular rice.
Serve the cooked rice with soy sauce mix on the side.
