INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐙 80g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 20g fresh ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Liquids
- 💧 Water, as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
PASOS
Wash the fresh ginger thoroughly, slice it thinly with the skin on, stack the slices, and cut them into thin strips. Soak in water for 10 minutes and drain.
Cut the boiled octopus into 5mm thick slices.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place the octopus and ginger on top and cook as usual.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice, serve in bowls, and garnish with chopped green onion.
