  • Vegetables

    • 2 umeboshi (pitted and chopped)

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
    • 💧 Water (as needed)
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
