PASOS
Prepare spam, onion, egg, and green onion.
Cut spam into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan with butter.
Mix soy sauce and sugar to create the seasoning sauce.
Sauté onion in the pan and add the seasoning sauce.
Place the fried spam on top of the sautéed onion.
Pour beaten egg around the spam and onion mixture.
Sprinkle green onion and parsley powder on top.
Serve the mixture over rice to complete the dish.
