INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 🍗 1/2 chicken breast
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch of shungiku
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Seasoning
- 🥛 250cc milk
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Rinse the cooked rice with water and drain well.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Separate the shungiku leaves from the stems. Cut the stems into 1cm pieces and the leaves into 2cm pieces.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Once melted, add the chicken and sauté until the color changes.
Add the rinsed rice, seasoning ingredients (milk, water, consomme, salt, pepper), and shungiku stems. Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Add the shungiku leaves and grated cheese. Mix quickly and serve.
