INGREDIENTES
Filling Ingredients
- 300g minced pork
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup chopped chives
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp starch
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Dumpling Skin Substitute
- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 2/3 cup starch
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/3 tbsp chili powder
PASOS
Finely chop green onion, chives, onion, garlic, and ginger for a smooth texture.
Mix all filling ingredients except chives and knead well.
Add chives to the mixture and gently combine.
Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
Roll each ball in starch, then egg white (with a pinch of salt), and starch again.
Prepare about 20 dumplings and boil them in anchovy-kelp broth.
Cook for 5 minutes once the broth starts boiling.
