- 🍗 200g chicken thighs

- 🥬 200g frozen spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Fat
- 🧈 15g salted butter
Aromatics
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Additional Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
PASOS
Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces. Blend frozen spinach, onion, and water in a food processor until smooth.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder, and massage into the meat.
Heat butter, grated garlic, and grated ginger in a frying pan until aromatic. Add chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the spinach mixture and canned tomatoes along with the additional seasonings. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve over rice, garnish with parsley, and enjoy.
