INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 180g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Canned Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli (1/2 head)
- 🧅 100g onion (1/2 piece)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Spices
- Pinch of sliced chili
Oils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 💧 400ml water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced chili, and sauté until fragrant.
Add sliced onion and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Pour in water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti to the pan and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Once the pasta is cooked, add the canned mackerel (including the liquid) and mix gently.
Simmer for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and garnish with additional chili slices if desired.
