INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Fish
- 95g canned saba (water-packed)
Vegetables
- 🧅 15g chopped green onion
Soup Base
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce base
- 💧 200ml water
PASOS
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Place the frozen udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions. Transfer to a serving bowl.
In a pot, add the canned saba (including the liquid) and the soup base ingredients. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
Pour the soup over the udon noodles and garnish with chopped green onion.
