INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Fish
- 1 canned saba miso (200g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥪 3 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Drain the saba miso can, reserving 1 tbsp of the canned liquid. Chop the cabbage roughly.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat. Add cooked rice and chopped cabbage, stir until coated with oil. Add the saba and break it into pieces while stir-frying.
Add the reserved saba canned liquid and soy sauce. Stir-fry to combine, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
