    • 50g mizuna greens
    • 🧅 82.5g green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
    • 2 tbsp potato starch
    • Enough salad oil for frying

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
