INGREDIENTES

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 6 green beans
- 2 tsp salad oil
Egg Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
Mackerel Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch grated ginger
PASOS
Cook the rice and set aside.
Drain the mackerel can and break the fish into small pieces.
Heat 1 tsp salad oil in a pan and sauté the mackerel with mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger until well combined.
In another pan, heat 1 tsp salad oil and scramble the eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy.
Blanch the green beans and cut them into small pieces.
Assemble the bowl by layering rice, mackerel mixture, scrambled eggs, and green beans on top.
