INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bag saebalnamul (glasswort)
- 1/2 radish, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Wash the saebalnamul thoroughly and set aside.
Julienne the radish into thin strips.
Prepare the seasoning by combining gochujang, chili powder, oligosaccharide, sugar, vinegar, salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Combine the saebalnamul and julienned radish in a large bowl.
Pour the prepared seasoning over the vegetables and mix well.
