INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🍖 200g ground beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms, quartered
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine or mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger juice
PASOS
Chop the onion and green onion finely, and quarter the king oyster mushrooms.
Combine all ingredients, including the seasoning, and knead the mixture thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.
Wrap the meat mixture around the king oyster mushrooms, pressing firmly to adhere.
Heat a pan with oil and cook the patties on low heat until fully cooked. Avoid high heat to prevent burning.
Serve the cooked tteokgalbi on a plate and enjoy!
