- 🍗 1 pack (100g) salad chicken
- 🥒 1 cucumber
Sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water

Trim both ends of the cucumber, slice diagonally, and cut into thin strips.
