INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 300g fresh Atlantic salmon (sashimi grade)
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 200g cream cheese
Seafood
- 🟠 50g salmon roe
Herbs
- Chervil, as needed
Dressing
- 2 tbsp pure olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the sides of a milk carton and tape it to create a rectangular mold. Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
Mix the dressing ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper) in a bowl to make the carpaccio sauce.
Slice the salmon thinly.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and mash it in a bowl with 1 tsp lemon juice until smooth.
Mix the room-temperature cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth.
Line the milk carton mold with plastic wrap, leaving excess wrap hanging over the edges. Layer salmon, cream cheese, and avocado in the mold.
Cover with the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
Remove from the mold with the plastic wrap, garnish with salmon roe and chervil, slice, and drizzle with carpaccio sauce before serving.
