INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salmon
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
PASOS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the avocado and onion into thin pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the salmon until cooked through.
Add the onion to the pan and sauté until softened.
Mix sake, soy sauce, and wasabi in a small bowl, then pour over the salmon and onion.
Add the avocado slices to the pan and gently toss to combine. Serve warm.
