INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head of broccoli
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Staples
- 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of sake
Sauce
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of grain mustard
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut the salmon into thirds, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Separate the broccoli into small florets and slice the garlic thinly.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add the salmon and cook on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Add broccoli and sake, cover the pan, and steam for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add the sauce mixture and stir quickly to coat the ingredients evenly.
