INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🥦 1/2 head of broccoli
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 💧 6 tbsp water
Dressing
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat evenly with flour.
Separate broccoli into small florets. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, then drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes until tender.
In a frying pan, heat water and add broccoli. Cover and steam over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then remove.
Wipe the frying pan dry. Heat olive oil and add salmon. Cook over medium-low heat, flipping until both sides are golden brown. Push salmon to the side, add potatoes, and sauté until they are golden and cooked through.
In a bowl, mix all dressing ingredients. Add broccoli, potatoes, and salmon, then toss to combine.
