INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 1/2 tbsp salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Finishing
- 🧈 1/2 tbsp salted butter
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the shiitake mushrooms.
Place the salmon fillet, cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms in a microwave-safe dish.
Season with salt and pepper, then add sake, soy sauce, and 1/2 tbsp of butter.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and microwave for 5–6 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp of butter on top and serve immediately.
