INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets (150g) fresh salmon
- 🧀 1/2 piece (50g) Camembert cheese
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, halved
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning for Salmon
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Mix sake and soy sauce in a tray, place salmon fillets, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut Camembert cheese into quarters.
Halve mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the onion.
Mix mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and onion in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Place half of the vegetable mixture, salmon, and Camembert cheese on aluminum foil. Wrap tightly. Repeat for the second portion.
Place foil packets in a frying pan with 1cm of water. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and steam on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.
