INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets (200g) fresh salmon
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1/2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Coat them with potato starch.
Trim the root of the maitake mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Mash the boiled egg in a bowl with a fork. Add the remaining tartar sauce ingredients and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and pan-fry until lightly browned. Flip and cook until fully done, then remove.
In the same pan, stir-fry the maitake mushrooms and onion over medium heat until softened. Season with salt and pepper, then remove.
Plate the stir-fried vegetables and salmon. Drizzle with ponzu sauce and tartar sauce evenly.
